I have to tell you…
I’m about sick of planes and driving… and it’s so unlike me because I love to travel…
but after traveling over 7500 miles in 5 weeks, and then 800 miles this past weekend and now the short stint down to Greensboro, I’m really not looking forward to my trip to Mississippi next week…
So wanna know why I’m in North Carolina?
Because I’m a good friend…it’s that simple…
My best friend Sondra’s vacationing this week in Canada… cute little cottage on Lake Erie…
and her oldest, Evan, flew in to tonight from Rome… where he spent the last 3 weeks as a Student Ambassador with the People to People organization… so she found him a flight to Toronto so that he could join the rest of the fam for the duration of their vacation…
So here we are… in Greensboro for the night…
His flight leaves at 7:47am which means we’ve got to be up out of the room by 6:10… and so this little one is going to bed…
because after I take him to the airport, I’ve got a two hour drive home… a full day of work… and then church…
somewhere, I’ll fit sleep into all of this… but for the time being, I’m just rolling with it…
I’ll have more on the awesome camping trip….sometime….
