For those of you who are dying to know, I finally found those stupid yellow folders that were the nemesis of my school supply shopping experience this year.
(I’ll also admit that I sent in the remaining two glue sticks – plus four more! – that I shorted the second graders earlier in the year. I found them on clearance at Kroger for 50 cents — let me find something on clearance and I’ll supply the entire second grade for the whole year.)
But I do love school supplies and office supplies on the whole when I’m able to select what I love and what I want to use and not what I’m mandated to use by the public school system.
So when RoseArt and The Board Dudes offered to send me a few items for review, I took them up on the offer.
And when a whole box of school supplies showed up on our doorstep?
OH. MY. WORD.
It was Christmas at the House of Chaos.
No seriously! The whole house was excited as we just kept pulling things out of the box…

I love the style of The Write Dudes and RoseArt and will definitely be on the lookout for these items when I’m out and about. (Liquid crayons, puzzle erasers, and just a bunch of FUN stuff!) And maybe, just maybe, at some point in time I can send some fun stuff to school!
