I made a meal plan prior to going to the grocery store on Saturday. But I’m not sure what I did with it.
That said, I’m going off memory here and I hope it’s all right, because I did BUY all the items I needed for this week….
Monday: Spare ribs in the crockpot. (It was supposed to be a roast, but when I went to the store, country style spare ribs were on the scratch and dent table…I snatched those up!) And so easy. Throw the ribs in the crock pot and dump a jar of bar-b-que sauce on top and let it cook all day. Mashed taters as a side. :)
Tuesday: Mac and Cheese (no surprise there!)
Wednesday: Loaded Baked Potato Soup in the crockpot (this is a new recipe, so I’ll let you know how this turns out.)
Thursday: Pork chops. I’m not sure how I’ll make them yet. But they are in the freezer ready to be made!
Friday: Junk Food Night (we do these every once in awhile. It means pizza rolls, mozzarella sticks, and taquitos.) It’s my scrapbooking night (and I haven’t been in 3 months… so who cares what they are eating?
)
Saturday: Homemade pizza (the hubs makes the crust…)
Sunday: Halloween Party at church! Which means dinner there! In the area? Come join us!
So that’s us…
